Purposes – For what purposes do we process your data?
In compliance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you that we will process the data you provide us for:
- Managing the contracting of services that you carry out through the Platform, as well as the corresponding invoicing and delivery.
- Periodically sending communications about services, events and news related to the activities carried out by NG10, by any means (telephone, postal mail or email), unless otherwise indicated or the user objects to or revokes their consent.
- Sending commercial and/or promotional information related to the sector of the contracted services and added value for end users, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects to or revokes their consent.
- Complying with the legally established obligations, as well as verifying compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.
- Transferring data to bodies and authorities, provided that they are required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
Categories of data – What data do we process?
Derived from the aforementioned purposes, at NG10 we manage the following categories of data:
- Identifying data
- Metadata from electronic communications
- Commercial information data. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, they declare that they have the consent of those parties and undertake to pass on to them the information contained in this clause, releasing NG10 from any liability in this regard.
Notwithstanding, NG10 may carry out the verifications to confirm this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures in accordance with data protection regulations.
Legitimation – What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The processing of data for the purpose of sending periodic newsletters about services, events and news related to our professional activity is based on the consent of the interested party, expressly requested to carry out such processing, in accordance with current regulations.
In addition, the legitimation for the processing of data related to offers or collaborations is based on the consent of the user who submits their data, which they may withdraw at any time, although this may affect the possibility of fluid communication and may obstruct the processes they wish to carry out.
Finally, the data may be used to comply with the legal obligations applicable to NG10.
Retention period – For how long will we keep your data?
NG10 will keep the personal data of users only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consents granted are not revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.
Recipients – To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your data may be accessed by those providers that render services to NG10, such as hosting services, marketing tools and content systems, or other professionals, when such communication is required by regulation or for the execution of the contracted services.
NG10 has signed the corresponding data processing agreements with each of the providers that render services to NG10, with the aim of guaranteeing that said providers will process your data in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
They may also be transferred to the State Security Forces and Bodies in cases where there is a legal obligation.

Information Security – What security measures do we implement to look after your data?
To protect the different types of data reflected in this privacy policy, the necessary technical security measures will be implemented to prevent their loss, manipulation, dissemination or alteration.
- Encryption of communications between the user’s device and NG10’s servers
- Encryption of information on NG10’s own servers
- Other measures that prevent access to user data by third parties.
In those cases in which NG10 uses service providers for the maintenance of the platform located outside the European Union, these international transfers are regularised in accordance with NG10’s commitment to the protection, integrity and security of users’ personal data.
Rights – What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not NG10 is processing personal data concerning you.
Likewise, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. NG10 will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
You may also exercise the right to data portability, as well as withdraw the consents given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Modification of the privacy policy
NG10 may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with successive versions being published on the Website. In any case, NG10 will give prior notice of the modifications to this policy that affect users so that they can accept them.
